These kits are SCRATCH & DENT. No returns will be accepted. They are backed by our same 1 year warranty. All touchscreens will come with unscratched view areas, however their metal casings could be scratched and dented. This cannot be seen once installed. 8” Bezels may also come with minor scratches or cosmetic issues - however they will not have major cracks, or gouges, or any missing parts. APIMs may be missing labels, be dented, or scratched, but are fully functional and OEM Ford APIMs. These kits are 100% fully functional. All other parts are new.

APIM Jailbreak Info: A jailbroken APIM allows you to install 3rd party software. This can do things such as a video player, in motion navigation, custom background, custom title bar, etc. There are many currently supported features. Please note this only jailbreaks the APIM. We do not install any 3rd party software. We will provide information on where to download and how to install the 3rd party software with a usb flash drive. It is a very simple process. Please note some features like the video player are to only be used when stationary. Never enter destinations or watch videos while driving.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR FORDPASS CONNECT USERS: Ford may at any time discontinue FordPass Connect services upon activation of a different radio in a vehicle. We have found some 2020+ vehicles not allowing FordPass activation after upgrading to Sync 3. After exhaustive research it turns out Ford sometimes blocks the activations. We do not know why they do this. We are not affiliated with Ford Motor Company or FordPass in any way and do not guarantee its correct operation with our kit. We will not allow a return due to FordPass functionality not working partially or fully.

GT350 exhaust toggle on new bezel may not work even after fully programmed. Cluster exhaust mode switching continues to function.
