Long Tube Headers (LTH) - Ford Mustang GT (’18-’20) Scorpion™ Gen 3 Coyote Axle Back Exhaust System
Our Scorpion™ Gen 3 Coyote Axle-Back adds a Stealth Pipe™ to keep drone down and minimize higher frequencies. The Scorpion™ system combines a great sound with more steerable exhaust volume at cruising speeds.
OEM parts often times are designed for efficiency of manufacturing, cutting costs and driver comfort. Unfortunately, performance is often not a priority – as seen on the very restrictive factory axle-back setup on the Mustang Coyote motor.
LTH has developed a high-performance axle-back exhaust system for the 5.0L motor found in the Ford Mustang GT.
Designed using the latest in CCM and CAD technology the axle back is a masterpiece. The end goal of aggressive sound along with drone-free cruising has been achieved with the LTH Gen 3 Coyote Axle-Back.
- Custom designed mufflers for superior sound quality
- Titan™ finish for added durability
- Modular design allows for use with OEM components
- Developed for the best balance of low end and top-end power.
- Precision designed for perfect fitment.
- Manufactured in house in the USA
- Lifetime warranty, as always
The S550 Mustang GT sounds incredible, even in stock form. The only problem is that noise is way too quiet. LTH uncorks the Gen 3 Coyote and lets this incredible motor sing the way that it should from the factory. With a simple axle-back exhaust, your Mustang can go from bland to unreal in an afternoon. For many Mustang owners, an exhaust is the first modification. This is for good reason, as the Coyote Gen 3 sounds amazing. Additionally, your Mustang can pick up some more horsepower in the process.
While an axle-back is mostly done for sound, it can make some real power when combined with the right pieces. LTH designs exhaust systems to be as modular as possible. What this means is you can buy an axle-back now and down the line add in the mid exhaust and headers. Combined with headers and a mid exhaust, this axle-back will really sing. The Coyote Gen 3 engine makes the right noise when you give it a chance. Uncork your Mustang’s exhaust today!
